If you are a homeowner that might benefit from receiving grant money to repair your home in order to remain in your home, there is money available for this purpose. This is an opportunity to have repairs done to your home such as, a new roof, new furnace, new windows, insulation, new siding, or upgrade plumbing and/or electrical. Your cost, as the homeowner, would be either ZERO, or forty percent (40%) of the total cost, based on your income and the number of people in your household.
